One Item Per Order
If you are interested in placing an order for multiple items, you must place a separate order for each item. Please do not change the quantity of items in your cart to anything greater than 1. If we receive an order for 2 or more items, we will cancel these additional items from your order and you will receive a refund.

Insurance
We are offering optional insurance coverage through Corso Commerce, LLC. We highly suggest opting for package protection in the event your shipment is damaged, lost, or stolen. Corso handles all claims directly and you will receive a claim code at the time of purchase, should you need it. Their rates are very reasonable (less than $3 per order) and this fee also helps offset the carbon footprint of your shipment.
Returns
We do not accept returns for shipped pasta. All sales are final. No exceptions.
Dietary restrictions / Special Requests
If you have dietary restrictions or aversions to certain foods please look over our ingredient lists thoroughly before placing your order. At this time we can not make omissions/substitutions for any part of your order. We clean and sanitize our equipment regularly but be aware that allergens of all kinds are present in our facility. Reach out before placing your order if you have questions that aren't answered here.
Dry Ice / Keep Frozen
If required, your items will be shipped with dry ice in order to keep them frozen until you receive them. With the exception of dried pasta, all items must be transferred to a freezer immediately upon arrival. Any dry ice that remains can be placed outside to sublimate (evaporate). Do not handle with bare hands; use gloves, a towel, etc.
